This article explores the multifaceted issue of child labour during the pandemic through the lens of a humanistic approach, shedding light on the often -overlooked human rights dimension of this crisis. The pandemic -induced lockdowns and economic disruptions have exacerbated the plight of child laborers in India. This research paper employs a humanistic approach to view each child as a unique individual with inherent dignity, deserving of a childhood free from exploitation and harm.
